Dear Customer, we appreciate the feedback on your experience. We stand behind our Service Department and the work performed in it 100%. If we can determine something we did caused an issue with your vehicle we would certainly fix the issue. In this case however, and as discussed with you, several parts had been replaced and/or modified on the vehicle prior to us being aware that issues existed. We can not warranty other peoples work and parts and therefore that is why we could not assist in the repairs at our cost. You also state we have not provided any help and my records show we paid for the tow bill to get the vehicle here so we could look at the vehicle and make sure we did not cause any service issues to arise. So, in all do respect we did make an attempt to assist you but it was the parts and modifications you made that kept us from assisting further. We value you as a customer and would be happy to discuss this further in the store. Thank you

I don’t know how putting a hitch on a truck has anything to do with a broken rear engine cover. You could see in the picture I sent you of bell housing bolts missing, that half the bottom hole was gone and the broken pieces of the cover were not in the bell housing when the repair garage took it apart. You guys put the transmission in the truck with the rear cover broken and couldn’t put all the bell housing bolts in as there was no threads to put them in. Also the dowel pins for aligning the engine and transmission were only sticking out far enough for the tapering end of the pins to locate. Nothing but guaranteeing failure in the bell housing. Not saying it was intended but with it fixed this way, it never had a chance not to break again. As far as the tow bill yes you did pay part of it, I still payed $280 of it, half. The broken rear engine cover is what I was told is what caused this. So now I am in to the vehicle a tow bill, got blamed for misuse, and a $2752.09 repair bill. Thanks
