Absolutely horrible Bought a used vehicle, they had to repair it to sell it. It was fixed and The cause of the damaged parts was not repaired. So the same damage happened Bought a used vehicle, they had to repair it to sell it. It was fixed and The cause of the damaged parts was not repaired. So the same damage happened to me very soon after I bought it. The dealers service told me that I broke it and I’m trying to get them to fix it for free. I was hoping they would take care of it but did not, didn’t even offer any help. As of right now it is getting repaired at a different garage and the mechanic is over a $1000 in used parts to repair. Will have total bill tomorrow. Bill I am told to expect over $4000. So far I have driven the vehicle for 3 weeks and around 1000 miles then noticed issues. The garage that is doing the repair showed me what caused the issues and told me what they didn’t fix is what caused the same issues they fixed before putting it on the lot. so now I am with out a vehicle, had to have people I know get me to work and back. I am not happy at all. To top things off was a service guy had to have known that it wasn’t fixed completely because of a broken part that was not replaced. The chunk that was broken out was gone and could not have left the area it was in because it’s sealed, it was not there. The service guy became short with me and would not for a second listen to what I had to say. They could have a free service day, and I would not let them check the air in my tires. I’m never going back there. More

Quick and friendly I arrived for my appointment and was guickly taken care of. When I asked if I could bring my wife's car in too, they said no problem.
