Excellent I came in to lease a Toyota RAV4. I had been to another dealer previously I felt that the salesman, (Rick Malabre) was very friendly, personable, k I came in to lease a Toyota RAV4. I had been to another dealer previously I felt that the salesman, (Rick Malabre) was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me. I enjoyed my time with him. As a result, I chose to lease from Boch. Eric, who I met when I came to pick up my car, was also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend Boch highly to anyone looking for a car. More

New Corolla Hybrid with Rick Rick and I test drove two hybrid model : the Corolla and the Prius LE. He was very knowledgeable about both cars and patient with my questions. He offered his opinion about which model might best fit my needs which I did appreciate. Rick is easy going and personable which is a nice combination with his knowledge of his products. In general I am pleased with my experience at Bock with Rick. I am a bit disappointed that he has not yet responded to an email I sent him . I would have hoped that once I left the showroom, my questions are still relevant. More

Oil change, tires and brakes I took my car in for service and was told in addition to oil change & tire rotation I will need a new tire and brakes. The service advisor was courte I took my car in for service and was told in addition to oil change & tire rotation I will need a new tire and brakes. The service advisor was courteous and polite. Did follow up calls to keep me informed. The only problem was I had to wait for him when I got there to pick up my car. No problem as another advisor stepped in. More
