I attempted three times to acquire my second key with my maintenance, was assured by Tanya that they would have a tech to do it, I get there each time and was informed that they did not have a technician to maintenance, was assured by Tanya that they would have a tech to do it, I get there each time and was informed that they did not have a technician to program the key. I had to make an appointment on a week day to acquire the key. Could have saved time and frustration if I’d been informed that from the start. I have purchased five new vehicles from Shottenkirk and this has been the worst experience I’ve encountered to date. More

I would recommend Shottenkirk on Broadway to any and everyone. Rick was very helpful during the buying process and Nolan explained the purchasing package thoroughly. Surcharge leaves a longtime customer with a very bad feeling of being taken advantage of. I realize the uniqueness of the times but why did I pay taxes on a surcharge? Getting only one key came as a sh feeling of being taken advantage of. I realize the uniqueness of the times but why did I pay taxes on a surcharge? Getting only one key came as a shock. Have learned by researching that I should not expect one on a Sienna until February. Makes me skittish about going out of town which is why I want and have bought many vans. Beautiful vehicle. Tough times. This loyal customer is frustrated. More
