He was polite and not overly pushy or aggressive for business. I was busy so sent a few emails throughout the day and they we're always answered promptly. When he went home his manager Skylar even replied to me answering my questions. I wanted to make an appointment and unfortunately Rick wasn't there. Alex stepped in to help and did an amazing job. He was honest, fair, down to earth, and easy going. No shady sales tactics or bait and switch here. Very knowledgable easy to work with, and unbeatable prices right from the beginning. He made car buying a fairly easy process when it is usually such a stressful ordeal. Scott was the finance/business guy and we all know those are the guys we really need to watch out for. Scott was professional and down to earth as well. No shadyness or anything else you would need to worry about. The deal went past closing and no one complained. Not even the service guys who were tasked with detailing my new car....I did find a few scuffs the next morning that were definitely done prior to purchase. Alex and the guys in the service department went to work right away getting those polished out and the entire car looking amazing in the sunlight. Amazing experience overall. I wish every car buying experience could be like this! Will definitely do business with again, no hesitations! More
