My husband and I purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT from Rick O’Donnell at Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs. Rick was fun to work with and responsive to all our questions. This was our first eve XT from Rick O’Donnell at Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs. Rick was fun to work with and responsive to all our questions. This was our first ever Subaru and the first ever vehicle we bought site unseen. We live in AZ. Heuberger had the inventory we were looking for and had to sacrifice nothing. The process was seem less, from sales person, finance and delivery. Our experience could not have been better. We were happy enough to send a referral friend and they purchased as well. We highly recommend Heuberger! Thanks everyone for a great experience and keep up the great work!! More

I purchased a Subaru out front (where does everyone find these out back? They're all located in the front lot, dummies) from Ricky and Rob at Heuberger, and the very next day my runaway ferret showed up on these out back? They're all located in the front lot, dummies) from Ricky and Rob at Heuberger, and the very next day my runaway ferret showed up on my doorstep, my stammer disappeared, and I met and married the Russian woman of my dreams. And the best part? There's a no-limit Keurig machine in the waiting room. Incredible salespersons and dealership. Thanks for everything! More

Great Experience! Purchased a 2020 Outback from these folks last week. Flew from Fort Wayne, IN to get it and drive it back, because the selection from dealers in the Midwest is so poor. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in 50 years of cars. Great staff, starting with Rick O'Donnell on their web portal, who was amazingly responsive, including before and after their business hours. Picked up at the Colorado Springs airport by their sales manager, Marshall Guffy, who is a great guy. The car transaction was smooth and painless, the PRICE was $3,000 less than anywhere in the Midwest, and the professionalism and kindness of their staff a nice breath of fresh mountain air! Don't buy a Subaru anywhere else, it's well worth the trip, and Colorado is beautiful. More

Jaw-dropping experience at Heuberger I had been planning to switch to a Subaru Forester after I got back from a trip, but I mistakenly alerted Heuberger right before I left through USAA's I had been planning to switch to a Subaru Forester after I got back from a trip, but I mistakenly alerted Heuberger right before I left through USAA's car buying site - oops. At my request, Rick O'Donnell turned off the sales emails immediately. His attentiveness made me want to do business with this dealership when I returned. Every single thing that happened the day I visited worked the same way: quiet and competent, no pressure. I got a surprisingly good trade-in offer on my 2005 Toyota pickup. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and pleasant - including Robert, who helped me get out of the parking lot without hitting any vehicles! (Long story.) It was a really good experience. More

Excellent customer service When I received the plates for my new Forester I found there was no place to attach the front plate. I called the dealership this morning to get help When I received the plates for my new Forester I found there was no place to attach the front plate. I called the dealership this morning to get help from the person who sold me the car and found out today is his day off. When I explained my problem to the receptionist she transferred me to Rick. He told me to come in and ask for him and he'd take care of it. I did and he attached the front plate in just a couple of minutes. I'd call that excellent customer service and taking ownership of a problem that wasn't even being experienced by one of his customers. Superb. More
