Approaching a luxury car dealership, comes with a small amount of trepidation on how the staff will treat customers. Those fears were unfounded the moment we met Rosie Weiss at Lexus of Milwaukee She listened to our high level needs, then dove in to what we wanted from a new Lexus. Finding the 'right' vehicle. I was torn between two vehicle types. Rosalie patiently and thoroughly took me through the pros and what might be cons for me. Ben Kranitz truly went above and beyond our expectations into helping us choose a vehicle. We had an appointment at 10am, we could not make a decision as to what car to get or what to do as our lease was co into helping us choose a vehicle. We had an appointment at 10am, we could not make a decision as to what car to get or what to do as our lease was coming to an end and he was extremely patient and helpful as we were there all day. We also had our children with and he was so great with the kids. After spending all day at the dealership we finally had made a decision and throughout the entire process we did not feel pressured, he reassured us to take our time, and answered every single question. Tech Ben also was beyond helpful with getting our vehicle set up and answered all questions as we got an electric car. We are just extremely satisfied with Lexus, and we will be returning after our lease is up and continue to do business with Lexus. More
