I was very pleased with the salesperson, someone before us was interested in the same car we were looking at and Mr. Chaparro kept us informed as opposed to just letting us sit and wait. He did the same while we were waiting for finance person to help us. My only complaint would be it might help to have more financial workers for the weekend to be able to cut wait time. Because of the wait I started getting hungry (I Am diabetic) I relayed that to my son and another salesman overheard - they made sure the brought me a protein bar. All the staff was so helpful and professional. More
