When you are a Piazza customer, you are part of the family. The dealership has a fun, friendly relaxing atmosphere. They are great people, Mike the tech, did a great job at trying to upsell. When I declined, he was quick to offer a comprable solution but was not pushy. It's his job to try to upsell. Not being pushy was (or treating me like a "chick") was awesome. More
