I brought my care in for inspection and oil change. Everyone was so helpful to me. I had a young child with me, and they helped me through the doors. The waiting area was clean and nice. I had an appointment so they took my car right away and were done in a reasonable time. Last time they vacuumed the inside which was absolutely awesome becasue it is hard for me to do that at home - run electric from the house and haul out the vacuum cleaner. This time they washed the car which was very nice too. Thanks. More

From my first visit last June,meeting Stephanie(who eventually sold us our 2012 Elantra),the staff at Piazza Hyundai has been very attentive to us and our needs. The car is great and the service depart eventually sold us our 2012 Elantra),the staff at Piazza Hyundai has been very attentive to us and our needs. The car is great and the service department matches that. My last new car experience consisted of me buying the car and never hearing from them again. Even the one time I went for service,the person who sold me the car never even spoke to me. Piazza's team has been in touch with me about deals,following up on my service calls and I even got a one year e-mail from Stephanie on the anniversary of buying the car. The service department is first rate,beside the service I get( which is prompt and precise), my car is always cleaned and vacuumed when returned to me. I will be dealing with Piazza for all my future car needs. I have already recommended Hyundai to my family and friends and there are now 5 new Hyundais in my immediate family. Keep up the good work! More

Went to Piazza today to get A spare tire kit for my 2013 Elantra. Great staff, Great service and always friendly and helpful. I took my car to another local Hyundai dealer about a year ago with a different vehicle (I was over the mileage and needed to get a 7,500 mi helpful. I took my car to another local Hyundai dealer about a year ago with a different vehicle (I was over the mileage and needed to get a 7,500 mile service before leaving on vacation) and I was charged almost double what Piazza charged for the same service ? I will always bring my vehicles to Piazza. More

Over the years I have purchased 10 new cars, the last 4 from Piazza dealerships, three Hondas one each from Reading, Pottstown, and Drexel Hill, along with my first Hyundai from Pottstown. My favorite ser from Piazza dealerships, three Hondas one each from Reading, Pottstown, and Drexel Hill, along with my first Hyundai from Pottstown. My favorite service department for years was Reading Honda's which I went out of my way to take all of my Hondas. I drive over 2K miles a month so im in getting service often. So I was very happy to hear Rick Stubblebine was at the Hyundai dealer now and that was definately a selling point for me. The one thing that keeps me coming back is "Trust". I have dealt with some service departments that have been difficult and some that have been very professional but none that I have trusted like Ricks crew both here and back in Reading. Even the mechanics like Steve go the extra step to understand your concerns and explain the possible solutions. These guys are top notch and deserve some accolades. More

I received fast and excellent service from a flat tire. A second appointment within another week would have been necessary to perform state inspection. I highly recommend Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown. I am always very satisfied as a customer during each service visit. I consider it to be one of the top dealerships in the tri-state area. The waiting area always very satisfied as a customer during each service visit. I consider it to be one of the top dealerships in the tri-state area. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable which makes for a pleasant stay. The staff are of the highest integrity and give honest and accurate detailed information about my car's service repairs. I have always received superior and friendly service especially from Rick and Dennis and their price specials cannot be beat.
