Horrible place. Shady liars work here. Avoid! There was a new car I saw for sale down in Ohio and was told by Rick at this dealership to come on in, that they could have the car sent to their deal There was a new car I saw for sale down in Ohio and was told by Rick at this dealership to come on in, that they could have the car sent to their dealership so i could save the 6 hr back and forth trip to Ohio to buy my new Challenger. So long story short, brought my husband and very bored kid there, waited and waited and was repeatedly lied to over and over. First the car "changed price". Then they had to "make a bunch of calls", then I was finally told hours later the car had been sold. It wasn't available anymore... but they could help find me another one. Knowing there was no way the car got sold that fast, I texted the fellow down in Ohio and sure enough the car was still available for sale. So I confronted Rick, and watched him back pedal trying to cover his lies and worse than that, his boss tried to lie too. They finally admitted that they couldn't get the dealership in Ohio to send the car to them (to make the sale) so they were trying to steer me onto another car. An entire day wasted, being lied to repeatedly, steered to another car that "they" had for sale etc. After telling them how disgusted I was and leaving, if that wasn't bad enough, Rick the liar, texted me a few days later asking if I still wanted him to try and get me the car!!! That he could probably make that happen. I didn't bother to respond. I drove the 6 hrs and got my awesome new car and dealt with nice people down in Ohio at the Ganley Aurora Chrysler Dealership in Ganley, OH. If you need a car, Josh Gowing was awesome. Very nice guy. If you are looking for an HONEST dealership STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Nothing but LIARS and CHEATS! More
