I sent out an inquiry Sunday night and received a phone call promptly Monday morning making test drive arrangements. My toddler and I drove up from Ann Arbor to test drive a jeep. Rick was waiting for me when we arrived to the dealership. He was welcoming and made efforts to help me install my car seat in the Jeep . He readily answered all my questions about the vehicle. I was given the necessary privacy to inspect the Jeep. The sales assistants readily offered my toddler coloring books, snacks, and distractions to help me so I could focus on paperwork and my decision. The price was more than fair. I bought it and i am very happy. They also portered my old car back to Ann Arbor. I’m grateful for such a positive experience. More

Poor Customer Service First when I got there to test drive the vehicle, it had scratches all the way down both sides of the vehicle which were not in the pictures online. W First when I got there to test drive the vehicle, it had scratches all the way down both sides of the vehicle which were not in the pictures online. When settling on a price they tried to make that part of the negotiation when it was something that happened while the vehicle was in there possession and had nothing to do with the purchase price. The used vehicle I purchased I was told was certified. After getting the vehicle there were definite things listed on the certification that was not done. The brakes were not at 50% or better which the certification states. All the power adapters do not work and have not gotten any response from the dealer about what they are going to do about that. There was also no manual in the vehicle and I am still waiting on them to send it to me over 3 weeks later. Overall I am very disappointed with there lack of customer service. More
