Phenomenal I was looking for a new work van, after scouring many dealerships, I finally decided to look into Nissan. My leased vehicle was not insured I was told when I purchased my leased vehicle that the dealership would handle the insurance switch from my old car to my new car. I found out SIX I was told when I purchased my leased vehicle that the dealership would handle the insurance switch from my old car to my new car. I found out SIX MONTHS later when I received my policy renewal that they never switched the insurance and I was driving around without insurance on the vehicle for the entire 6 months but still paying for the insurance on my old vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to notify them they did nothing to help, did not offer to reimburse the insurance cost or offer any solution. They simply stated even though they told me they would handle the insurance it was my responsibility. I do not recommend. More

Mr. Rick was very professional and great to deal with. He was very patient and answered all my questions pleasantly. He was also very flexible and reasonable throughout the sale process. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle but wasn't sure if I wanted a new Nissan Altima or a Nissan Maxima. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Rick Torres. I expl sure if I wanted a new Nissan Altima or a Nissan Maxima. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Rick Torres. I explained my situation to him that I was torn between the Altima and the Maxima. He was extremely knowledgeable of both of the vehicles and I ended up purchasing a brand new Altima! He also gave me a GREAT deal and even FREE oil changes for life! Even the finance manager, Kevin Woodridge, was very nice and pleasant and offered me a great deal on an extended warranty. I would highly reccomend this dealership. They do stand by there saying, they do making buying fun and easy! More
