This was my first experience with Elco and probably will not be my last. Rick was incredible taking the time to show us all the features of the car before we ever left for the test drive. To be honest Rick was the first salesperson to do that in years. Rick was personable and friendly and his delivery of the vehicle after signing all the paperwork was beyond top notch. It was easily the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle in 20 years. There are dealerships that I will not even give a chance because of negative past experiences of being treated as just a number or not considerate of my time. That was not the case. I will proudly tell people of my experience with Rick and Elco. Well done Rick thanks for everything!!!!!! More
