I flew in, Rick was waiting for me at the airport on a Friday morning, I did a test drive, signed some papers, and soon enough I was on the road driving back to Vermont. My financing however was less than desirable- Robert Ward did not listen to anything I said and basically demanded I buy an extended warranty, I told him repeatedly I did not wish to purchase it and then he told me I would not be financed without it! I returned within weeks and returned the warranty! Shame on him for doing this to customers! Go see Rick you won’t be Sorry! A1 service! More
