I have been with ELCO since 2006. My Dad worked at ELCO for 23 years and the day after he retired, I began helping customers. Today I now have thousands of satisfied customers, as you can see from my incredible reviews. I realize buying a vehicle can be stressful. My goal is to make your experience stress-free and fun. Please call or text me so I can help you have a pleasant car-buying experience, 314-210-3344

Rick was the reason I traveled to St. Louis to purchase my Cadillac Escalade. I called him and over the phone he went out to the Vehicle on the ELCO lot and described it to me in detail, and went over th my Cadillac Escalade. I called him and over the phone he went out to the Vehicle on the ELCO lot and described it to me in detail, and went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb before I decided to drive up from Kansas City. If it weren't for his excellent customer service and honesty I would have never driven 270 miles to make my purchase. Rick was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and then took me for a long test drive while explaining the vehicle in detail. Rick is excellent, a true Professional and the very best at Customer Service. Randy Akings More

He was extremely easy to get along with and the whole experience was without problem and enjoyable, which is how it should be. Rick's people skills are outstanding. I never felt like he was pushing me to make a decision. He answered all my questions and made the whole process pain free. I will be buying cars from Rick in the future. More
