The finance manager messed up a bit & didn't charge my credit card the correct amount before finishing up the deal. So I saw on my home phone which I never see cause we hardly use it and have the ringer off but this guy called me probably 20+ times. Thankfully the salesman called my cell cause his number was stored in my phone and able to go through for them to have someone meet up with me to take final payment. The employee from another dealership showed up at my office with a blank form and asked me to fill it out with all my information, address, credit card number, expiration date , name & security code on the back & a dollar amount to be charged. I had to call back & ask what's the dollar amount? I don't feel comfortable just giving my info with a blank form to someone that doesn't even work at that dealership the form is supposed to be taken to... Not the smartest to just give someone all that information so hopefully my card info doesn't get stolen. On a positive note they did a good job at cleaning up some imperfections on the NX like the wheels & small dent on the gas cover & some scratches however they missed a couple scratches on the front end & I didn't notice till I got the vehicle home & a tear in the leather on the back seat & the screen on the navigation is fogged up on the top & you can't see clearly, also the Lexus wasn't cleaned on the outside at least when I picked it up. I wish I would of spent some more time looking at everything before I left the dealership, but its about a hour round trip from my place & had to get back to get some work done... More
