My service advisor was courteous and attentive to my service needs. He offered me the online coupon discounts, and explained items requiring my attention in the near future. The manager made an assumption about me without knowing me. I am appalled that he would do this, and give what he presumed to be specifics about what he assumed to have happened to my Jeep. I will never r me. I am appalled that he would do this, and give what he presumed to be specifics about what he assumed to have happened to my Jeep. I will never return to David Taylor even if every other Jeep dealer in the country closes. I was not allowed to see the diagnosis or repair costs. 1 star is too much for Ricky. I’m disappointed as to the service that was provided and the fees that I was charged, everywhere, I go people and businesses are trying to get over and know has a clue as to what they are doing. I’m tired of complaining, I just would like good service and for these businesses to be fair. Taking my car to the dealership is disappointing nobody knows about cars, anymore, they tell you anything and take your money. More
