Very easy to do business with! A great experience! I found the 2017 Highlander on line. I called to see if it was still available. Ricky Chavez answered the phone. He confirmed the vehicle I wanted I found the 2017 Highlander on line. I called to see if it was still available. Ricky Chavez answered the phone. He confirmed the vehicle I wanted was available. They had a great price posted online. I had a 2015 Highlander to trade, so I was very familiar with what I was buying. I did the credit app online, took pictures of my trade and emailed them to Ricky. He called me back with what they would give me for my trade-we negotiated a little bit on that, and agreed on a deal. Ricky had the F & I man call me & go over the numbers which were exactly what we agreed on. This was on a Wed. and I told him we could not come over there until Saturday. We live over 100 miles from the dealership. Ricky offered to bring it to me on Thursday. I said great! He showed up Thursday morning, went over all the new features, did the paperwork, and drove off with my trade. Ricky was totally honest with me and made it so easy to do business. Ricky is very personable, professional, and a man I would be happy to do business with again. More

He went out of his way to get a lollipop for my daughter which was great because that gave me about 10-15 minutes of quite time while I spoke with Ricky about business. I've had several car buying experiences and this one was by far the best one. No pressure and a great deal. What more could you ask for? The only negative thing about this purchase was not purchasing the model above the LE. I really wish had gone with the remote to start and the keyless entry but that's on me. More

I want to thank him personally on my family's behalf for the hospitality showed to them during the purchase process. He treated us with great respect and kept us informed of everything in a timely manner pertaining to this purchase. We felt like we were being cared for, in the hands of our own family. It was less of a stressful situation but more than joy and over whelmed to being a member of Atkinson Toyota South Dallas. Worth and made my way to Atkinson's on account of a brilliant salesperson, Ricky Chavez, who asked me to check out your pre-owned inventory and that a great deal was waiting on my choosing of a vehicle. Long story short, a great deal was indeed made! Later, a minor issue came up; problem and solution were readily identified and solved by a knowledgeable and professional gentleman, Matt Smith, General Sales Manager. I also had the privilege of meeting Mr. Scott Burchfield, Service Manager and Mr. Donnie Wright, Service and Parts Director, who were instrumental in outstanding customer service, where else?, The Service Department! Besides service, I also want to give recognition for an outstanding job on my tinted windows. I didn't catch his name, so I don't leave a blank, I'll just say he looks like a young Smokey Robinson.
