Ricky was to transfer plates but gave me new plates instead DMV said it is all messed up . Ricky has not returned my phone calls for over 1 week . Also the way I was treated when picking up my car was instead DMV said it is all messed up . Ricky has not returned my phone calls for over 1 week .
