I previously came in for service in 2017 and had a great experience with very professional service, I felt good spending my money there. At my recent appointment the service department provided a thorough d experience with very professional service, I felt good spending my money there. At my recent appointment the service department provided a thorough diagnostic, which I appreciated, I liked the process and the video provided. Unfortunately, the woman who was assisting in the office was passive aggressive and gave the impression that I was annoying her. I did nothing wrong and was quite respectful despite her behavior. I would be interested in getting the work done there or purchasing a new car from the lot but I don't like how I was treated. I expect that if I ever choose to come to this location again, there will be better customer service displayed. More

I am not sure if someone will read this comment but hope they will. I am very satisfied with Mazda staff, especially Christian who is great. However my problem was not solved. It seems that the wireless c they will. I am very satisfied with Mazda staff, especially Christian who is great. However my problem was not solved. It seems that the wireless charger designed by Mazda is completely useless. You guys are making car in 2023 (CX-50), however your wireless charger is probably using technology since the last century or poorly designed. First of all the phone is not able to charge with a case. When I removed the case it started charging. But guess what, in 30 minutes the percentage didn't rise even by 1%. Eventually after a while the phone shuts down the charging due to imperceptible voltage going through the charger. And all of this after replacement of the wireless charging unit, which supposed to be a revised version. More

Good service and took my car at the appointed time. I moved from Ohio and thus am making comparisons to the dealership I used there. In Ohio, I was always asked if I wanted the car washed; was told t I moved from Ohio and thus am making comparisons to the dealership I used there. In Ohio, I was always asked if I wanted the car washed; was told this is not offered at Maita. When I purchased the car in Ohio, they recommended having the key fob batteries replaced proactively when the car was in for regular service. When I requested this at Maita, I was first told that I should wait until the car detects a low fob battery. I explained that this may happen at an inconvenient time and place and as the batteries are not all that easy to replace, I preferred them to be replaced at the time of service. The staff ultimately agreed to do this. I like the video the mechanic provides; however I think it does not replace the mechanic coming out for a quick chat to answer any questions, More
