They were very apologetic and, because they had to replace the tire, were good at communicating when we could reschedule. Addressed a noise I heard and corrected it before purchasing the vehicle. The whole experience was very well handled and the people we dealt with were up front and friendly. Will definitely recommend them to friends that want a dealership recommendation. More

Customer service and product knowledge left a lot to be desired. Details critical to being operational with an EV were glossed over, incorrect and I was left/asked to do the follow-up. It took a call asking for a sales manager or dealer manager to get an explanation on when (and how) charging credits would be implemented (plus two orher follow-up items.) I also had to return to the dealership a couple times for paperwork signing that wasn't requested during initial signing.
