I contacted at least 10 dealerships in Virginia once I had decided to purchase the Ford Focus. I went to 3 dealerships in person. I have NEVER had a BETTER experience buying a car than I did with Ricky had decided to purchase the Ford Focus. I went to 3 dealerships in person. I have NEVER had a BETTER experience buying a car than I did with Ricky Rivera and Koons Ford. I started my conversation with the salesman via chat on their website, it continued through email. All of the details of the purchase were done by email. I had the BEST customer service I could ask for and was given the best price (by thousands of dollars) within a 200 mile radius of my home. I was told by other Ford dealers that there was no way I could buy the car for the price I was given and I would get to Sterling and they would add all kinds of charges. This was NOT the case. The price I was given over email was the EXACT price I paid. The customer service from the salesman was exemplary! In fact, I changed the date we were coming, the time of day, the trim package and the color of the car more than once and Ricky was extremely accommodating. The entire process only took about an hour. The salesman took the time after the purchase to help set up the Bluetooth, sync the phone and set up the radio. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and believe me, I had many. My next car will be purchased from Koons Ford and I will work with Ricky Rivera. I will refer everyone I know to this dealership and to this salesman. Thank you Ricky Rivera and Koons Ford for making what I though was going to be a horrendous experience into a pleasure! More

I live in Central NJ and was shopping around for a new 2013 Ford Escape. Checking eBay, I found an ad from Koons that was thousands less than the dealers in NJ. In fact, I sent my local Ford dealers the 2013 Ford Escape. Checking eBay, I found an ad from Koons that was thousands less than the dealers in NJ. In fact, I sent my local Ford dealers the link asking if they could beat it, and they didn't even reply. Worked with Ricky Rivera who was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Flew from NJ to DC and Ricky picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. The buying process took less than 1 hour. No BS, great experience. I was looking for a specific car, and they ended up having one on their lot because they have such a great selection. Koons has a system of Ford dealerships, so they can pull from stock from other lot having one on their lot because they have such a great selection. I found Koons to be very competitive with other dealers' pricing. They were quick to give me the competitive price I agreed on, and the deal went smoothly after that. Ricky even worked with me to save money through my employer discounts. The staff was even willing to stay late to finish off the deal with my car. I was very pleased with my experience with Koons Sterling. More

I can't praise Ricky Rivera highly enough nor Koons low enough. I bought the car through the internet and two very nice men delivered the car 100 miles to my home on December 21, 2012. Ever since then I have been trying to get the bill of sale, a key, plates and other paper work. The key arrived yesterday and the plates today. Mr. Rivera has been very helpful but he doesn't seem to be able to get Koons to do the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. I was willing to drive the 100 miles to Sterling if they would give me $500 for my car, which had a dealer book value of about $700. Instead they sent two men in two cars to deliver my car and then drove back to Sterling in the other car. Looked at it this way, they weren't even willing to give me $300 for the trade in. More

He answered all my questions and worked very hard with the owner and financing guys to get a monthly payment I could afford.
