We just purchased our 5th Ford in 10 years from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. There are many reasons for this loyalty. Sales manager, Frank Lacey (who we purchased all 5 from) is extremely kind, straigh Ford of Wesley Chapel. There are many reasons for this loyalty. Sales manager, Frank Lacey (who we purchased all 5 from) is extremely kind, straight forward and honest. In addition, product consultant, Rich Jodway, absolutely went out of his way to make sure our buying process went smoothly - and that we were pleased with the purchase. Avoid Ricky Rodriguez at service department. Refused to do the promised work and was rude. I no asked to work with someone else and that’s when xxxx broke loose! Apparently he was offended by that and be do the promised work and was rude. I no asked to work with someone else and that’s when xxxx broke loose! Apparently he was offended by that and became very confrontational. I was sitting in my car and he was within 2 inches of my window refusing to back off. He even dared me to call the police. Another service rep had to come pull him off. Then he ran away when I grabbed my phone to record him. More

Do not purchase a Ford Explorer, I do not know about the other models but on the explorer after about 2-3 year your front windshield A-pillar seal will break and wind will enter your vehicle making a very l other models but on the explorer after about 2-3 year your front windshield A-pillar seal will break and wind will enter your vehicle making a very loud whistling sound and Ford will not fix it. I have read numerous complains online where this is a common manufacturer defect since around 2012 and here I am with a 2017 model and Ford still have not fix the issue. From both the Dealer and Ford corporation this not a defect but wear and tear that will cost you around $1,100 to repair. I have own numerous SUV and cars and have never encounter a windshield defect that makes the interior of your car as loud as have your windows down. I hope I save some of you from making the same mistake I made. Do not purchase extended warranty it will not do you any good. More
