The only reason why the ratings were not higher was because I had to come back a couple of times . Even though they knew I was coming in to pick up the car it was not fully charged, and there was no portable charger when I took delivery. There were also a couple of small details that had to be worked out with the condition of the car..However, they did make sure that I was satisfied with everything so having to come back twice was really #MIN

Rolando was honest, professional, courteous, and patient. I was indecisive and ended up keeping everyone a couple of hours after they closed to finalize everything. I never felt pressured or as if I was a burden. Even though I know they wanted to get out of there (Lol), they never expressed that to me.
Khalid (finance) and Ridan were also extremely polite and informative. When I had questions a week after the purchase, they were still responsive and assisted me.
Definitely recommend this dealership. Ask for Rolando, he's absolutely the best!
