The most horrible experience I’ve ever had. The finance manager was deceitful and changed the entire terms of the loan at the last second. I was to be a co-signer for my daughter. Instead the The finance manager was deceitful and changed the entire terms of the loan at the last second. I was to be a co-signer for my daughter. Instead the finance manager made me the purchaser and my daughter a co-buyer. I have an 850 credit score and did not need a co-signer. My daughter was the one purchasing the car. Not me. I’ve never witnessed so much incompetency in my life. They wouldn’t fix the wrong they created. My interest rate is ridiculously high. They lied about the entire process. I’ve purchased Nissans for over 30 years and never have I dealt with the deceitfulness l dealt with here. I am still demanding they fix what they did. This is bad business. I caution anyone who visits this dealership. The finance director Gabriel told me to go to a credit union to fix the loan. Imagine being told to go to a credit union instead of fixing what your deceitful finance did. They refuse fix what their finance. Manager did and refuse to do the right thing. More

Monday the 26th I took my car to the dealer due to some problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the pass problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the passenger side of the lower part and they didn't tell me anything Of course it happened in the dealer took it to be inspected and they are repairing it, they lent me a very nice vehicle, the police stopped me because the license plate is expired, since I bought this vehicle the only thing I have had is problems from rust throughout the vehicle, I have taken it several occasions because of nothing the vehicle activates the collision sensor and stops the vehicle without any obstacle in front, I do not have any thrust in this dealer or employees More

Ryan in the service center and Kaelin the Assistant manager went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. I was welcomed with a smile, listened to patiently while discussing my issues, was k manager went above and beyond any expectation I could have had. I was welcomed with a smile, listened to patiently while discussing my issues, was kept informed throughout the servicing, and thanked for my business. Additionally, they both came out to my vehicle and spent an extra 20 minutes at least with me helping me to understand how to get the most out of the vehicles more technical functions. I could not have asked for better service. They made me feel like a VIP. 10/10 for the awesome work they do. Thanks again More

Had great communication with Kaelin via text and email which made the process so smooth. Was able to negotiate via phone and was able to sign the paperwork as soon as I got there! The only thing was I was interested in the used 2022 Nissan Rogue Sv but after signing paperwork I noticed I was actually buying the 2023 Rogue S, which I was unaware. I am disappointed to be missing out on the features I though I was getting. The staff was friendly, I just wish I received what I was asking for. More
