He was efficient, friendly, and provided all the answers to my questions regarding the vehicle (Car FAX, mileage, etc.). He even threw in some freebies that I was not expecting at all. He walked me through the process and also made sure that I was comfortable while completing necessary paperwork, adding insurance, etc. He even came to pick me up to help with the transportation of getting back home with my new car (lucky for me I live close ) Joe, the director was also pleasant and friendly. We had the opportunity to discuss important information before purchasing my car. Marty was full of personality! As the finance director, he made the experience rewarding. I stepped into his office and learned so much. He was patient to answer all of my questions regarding warranty packages to make sure I was comfortable and had peace of mind.
