I was looking for a Toyota Tacoma double cab used. I had went to two dealerships and their services were not at par. One day I decided to do my search for my Tacoma online. I entered all the info I needed and to my surprise, Tina called me immediately, she was pleasant, accommodating and I felt very comfortable with her and it was as if I had known her for years. I received her invitation to the dealership site. When I came there, I was greeted with a warm welcome and test drove as many trucks as possible. I extend my gratitude to the team which includes Carla, Riley and Maxx, they all helped in every way possible in finding the truck I was looking for.
Even if Lia Wilbrahim did not sell me my truck, but they earn my business on servicing it moving forward.

I found the truck online and drove from the Cape to LIA Toyota.
Everyone was great. Carla was professional, friendly, and kept me updated on everything as the sale progressed. Riley, Tina, and Ryan were also friendly and professional. They delivered my truck to the Cape!

I never trust puttung my phone number online but went for it. Tina contacted me the next day, she was so pleasant and down to earth. No pressure at all. That's who brought me into the dealership,Andre from sales was professinal but friendly , no pressure attitude. Ryan also was just as friendly and easy going. What else can I say ,except I'm " old school" . I felt like I stepped back in time where customer service was everything and they provider that and then some.

My first encounter with Lia Toyota of Wilbraham was 7-8 years ago when the big batteries in my Prius (purchased elsewhere) went dead. Under warranty, they were repaired completely for free. They even helped me rent a car when the repairs took 5 days instead of two (due to an injured Prius technician). We just traded that Prius in with 240,000 miles on it for another. Sales and management were most helpful guiding us through the process and giving us a fair deal that met our needs. It was no accident we went there for a new car.
