I had an exceptional customer experience at Niello Volvo. The whole team took very good care of me. I do want to call out Jordan Kramer, in particular. I felt as though he was my concierge: his number one concern was to make sure I got what I needed. And he was a delight to work with. I also want to give a shout-out to Riley Eastburn, who was my tech guru once the papers were signed. He stayed late after the office closed to make sure I knew how to operate this high-tech vehicle! Both Jordan and Riley followed up the next day to see if I had any questions and made it clear they are available any time to assist. Thank you, Jordan and Riley! More
