Dear Sir or Madam, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a deceptive and extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Initially, I contacted the dealership online about a specific veh regarding a deceptive and extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Initially, I contacted the dealership online about a specific vehicle (2021 Nissan Rogue). I requested a video, confirmed the advertised price, and clearly explained that it was difficult for me to visit the store because I have a newborn baby. The salesperson, Alex, confirmed that the vehicle was available, confirmed the price, and assured me the car would be there for me to see. On Tuesday, I visited the dealership as agreed. Although Alex continued responding to my messages, he did not attend to me in person and instead referred me to another salesperson. This second salesperson showed me only vehicles priced far above my budget, except for the specific vehicle I had confirmed. He provided vague excuses but guaranteed the car would be available the next day. We then scheduled another appointment with email confirmation. The following day, when I returned, I was greeted by the manager, who assigned me to a third salesperson. When I asked about Alex, she literally said, “Forget about Alex.” The new salesperson again showed only higher-priced vehicles and repeatedly pressured us to finance, despite us clearly stating multiple times that we intended to pay cash. Once again, I specifically requested to see the 2021 Nissan Rogue and even provided the stock number listed online. The vehicle was never shown. At this point, I genuinely question whether this car ever existed. This conduct clearly constitutes deceptive advertising and a classic bait-and-switch tactic designed to attract customers with one vehicle and push them toward more expensive alternatives. Additionally, my family’s time was unnecessarily wasted, including exposing a newborn baby to multiple trips and long waits. To make matters worse, hours later Alex contacted me asking whether I had visited the store, demonstrating a complete lack of internal communication. He again confirmed the car was on the lot and scheduled another appointment without my authorization. The manager also left repeated voicemail messages asking me to return for another appointment with the same salesperson she had earlier told me to “forget.” It became clear that we were being repeatedly lured back to the dealership to be sold more expensive vehicles. Because of this experience, I immediately left and purchased a different vehicle elsewhere through an honest and transparent transaction. This behavior is unacceptable. Bait-and-switch practices violate consumer protection laws and should not occur. I respectfully request that this matter be formally recorded and investigated. More

Everyone at the dealership was very professional. Riley especially worked hard to make sure I found the perfect car for my needs and budget. Riley especially worked hard to make sure I found the perfect car for my needs and budget. More
