Riley was very nice. Cannot say the same for Chad. Initially was nice, but his attitude changed and seemed rude when there was a mistake with the paperwork and again when I called a few days later. The overall experience was good, Riley was very easy to work with. Purchased a used vehicle from them. Had to return it for warranty work. They decided not to fix the vehicle but refund me my purchase price. Luther Cadillac made the car buying process quick and easy and low pressure. I’ve never purchased a car from a dealer before and have been searching for about a year now. I’ve had a lot of mixed dealersh easy and low pressure. I’ve never purchased a car from a dealer before and have been searching for about a year now. I’ve had a lot of mixed dealership experiences during my search but they did a great job and even worked with the financing I had already chosen. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a car purchase from them. More

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I purchased a vehicle virtually for Covid-19. They are all friendly until they get your money. The sales associate did not respond for a whole two days. I had to call multiple times and Covid-19. They are all friendly until they get your money. The sales associate did not respond for a whole two days. I had to call multiple times and there were always excuses. It took 12 days to get the vehicle after I sent them $25K. They ignored all my text. They waited five days after I paid to even send me the paperwork to sign when it could have been done the next day. They didn't have any communication at all or at least that's their excuse why my paperwork wasn't processed. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU WHEN THEY GET YOUR MONEY. They pushed and pushed for me to buy an extended warranty because they knowingly shipped me a car with transmission issues. They blamed a relearn but they were lying. They were even too sorry and lazy to do a relearn before even shipping the vehicle because I was over 1300 miles and they thought Id just deal with it. The vehicle came off the truck slamming into different gears. Super jerky and jumpy. They shipped the vehicle with the last owner's registration plates, they did not provide a temporary registration tag, and they left the last owner's personal information in the car. I contacted the salesman Titus and he ignored my messages until I threaten to send the car back. They immediately started blowing my phone up with text messages and calls. Titus tried to accuse me of damaging the transmission when he knew from the start it left the lot like that. He tried to threaten to charge me for the transmission issues. They knew they were wrong so the general manager called one of his buddies and talked him into doing a relearn. THEY DID THIS TO BUY THEMSELVES TIME SO I WOULD BUST THE RETURN DATE. DONT TRUST THESE CROOKS. I took additional time off work for these idiots to come up with a solution. The relearn did not work. They told me to give it a few days to learn my driving characters. I was super careful about everything. The transmission got worse. It started vibrating and shaking the car. It was slamming into gears super hard. I went to a local Cadillac expert ( he had a shop full of Cadillacs to repair ) He told me the dealership was a bunch of crooks and that they knew the car needed a transmission replacement and a torque converter. Instead of replacing this, they tried to take advantage of me and ship it because I lived 1300 miles away. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY. Now I am having to spend extra money out of my pocket for a rental car because they were too lazy to fix the issues themselves so they tried to push it off with the warranty bs. More
