I purchased a certified used Cadillac. My salesman was great. He was knowledgeable, took time discussing features and did well to sell me on the vehicle. I negotiated the deal with the used car manager great. He was knowledgeable, took time discussing features and did well to sell me on the vehicle. I negotiated the deal with the used car manager and there was agreement on price as long as I used the dealers financing. I said I would as long as they were competitive with rates that I can receive myself at a bank. I reviewed the rate the next day and found it to be a full 1.0 % higher than what I could do myself. I called the finance manager and asked for a competitive finance rate and he said that if I didnt use dealer financing, the negotiated price would be higher on the vehicle. I disagreed and asked to speak with the used car manager. The used car manager called me back later in the day and said that they were going to adjust the financing rate to 1% lower and that they would honor the negotiated purchase price. In the end, the dealer honored the negotiated price but I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me by not giving me a competitive financing rate. I wonder how many other customers fall to this practice. The 1.0% difference in interest rate amounted to over $600 over the life of the loan. This is the only reason that I give 2 out of 5 star rating. I expect more from a quality dealer. More

I was good with the entire deal, until the follow up. I like the car, good deal. On Saturday they said they’d cancel my credit card down payment, as I paid in cash. I called the next day and wound up being passed to 5 different ppl as the ppl I did business with had days off. Again, I liked the car, the lack of follow up kind of sends a message though. More

Riley is an incredibly personable salesman and is very professional. Even though I had already decided to buy the vehicle prior to driving it. He actually got in the vehicle to check it out and found th professional. Even though I had already decided to buy the vehicle prior to driving it.
