Charge more hours than actually needed. They say they would need to do something major to the car to get it fix and at the end they do something simpler but still charge you amount quoted. They don’t always know what is wrong with the car so you got to pay for the hours to educate them so they can find the issue. The o LG diagnose the car for what you think it’s wrong, instead of diagnose the whole car to actually tell you what is wrong. Which means, if they don’t find anything wrong with what you tell them they charge you $150 for the diagnose, if you want them to check something else they will charge you another $150. More
