Rita was so helpful to me when I had to deal with the loss of my car (it was struck by another larger vehicle while parked). Angelo Jones is a phenomenal Salesman. I had the pleasure and honor of working with Angelo while buying my first brand new car. Angelo was patient, polite, and professional. He explained all of the options to me that the Ford Bronco had to offer. Additionally, Angelo suggested that I test drive the vehicle. Needless to say to say, I was sold from there. The Bronco we test drove was a red colored Big Bend with a moon roof. I informed Angelo that I wanted the same style vehicle but in the color Oxford White. Unfortunately, that vehicle and color combination was not available on the lot. Angelo quickly notified his manager Stanley Otto who arranged for the vehicle that I requested be shipped to Pacifico Ford in Philadelphia. The vehicle arrived the next day, Friday. I then came in the following day Saturday to purchase the vehicle.
