Jeff, the floor manager, gave us the option to test drive at home for the weekend since my wife was too uncomfortable to make it to the dealership during her pregnancy, can you say awesome! This was really the best thing he could’ve done because my wife was sold since we got to test drive it without the long ridiculous hours some can expect to put in during a vehicle purchase. Fast forward to December 2021, our 2021 Atlas was totaled and we came right back to Pete Moore after trying to shop around for other vehicles. We looked at Kias, Subarus, and even Jeep but none of those came close to what we wanted and the sales experience at these other dealerships was not the best. We really don’t even know why we tried to shop around the second time. Rob Brazie is the best salesman. He is exactly who I walked in and talked to when I went to purchase my 2022 VW Atlas. He didn’t even have any new Atlas there yet so I waited and it came in exactly when he said. We knew what we had with Pete Moore VW and Rob Brazie, honesty. I know that’s a hard word to hear in car sales but Rob is up front. There’s no hidden nonsense at that dealership. Thank you Jeff and Rob for the awesome experience. More

Kyle, my salesman, was extremely helpful. I walked in with knowing exactly what I wanted and he was pretty positive we could do it. In about an hour or so I was signing paperwork for my first ever Volksw with knowing exactly what I wanted and he was pretty positive we could do it. Rob Brazie made my purchase of the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Launch Edition seamless! He was extremely knowledgeable about this new vehicle and so very patient with all my questions. With a gas shortage in our area, Rob went ABOVE and beyond to ensure my new vehicle had enough gas to last me a few days! Steve also made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable in my purchase. Jen went thru all the optional packages, explaining them thoroughly...even going in depth on items that I didn't completely understand. AMAZING customer service!!! One of the many reasons I'm a loyal Mitsubishi owner! If you're looking at purchasing a new/used car I HIGHLY recommend giving Rob a call! He will not disappoint! More

Purchased a 2019 VW Tiguan in May, 2020. Vehicle described as being involved in a "minor accident" prior to being sold. I repeatedly asked for a CarFax report after purchasing the vehicle and was m described as being involved in a "minor accident" prior to being sold. I repeatedly asked for a CarFax report after purchasing the vehicle and was met with repeated excuses as to why, once sold, a CarFax report was no longer available. Not true! I acquired the CarFax report from another dealer which showed a report of severe damage, lowering the value of the car by thousands of dollars. A request to the GM to share maintenance records was denied... both to me and Volkswagen Corporate who remain deeply embarrassed by the actions of this dealership. Shop elsewhere for your next vehicle and don't fall for the military/veteran friendly schtick. Dishonest and unethical. They don't deserve your business. More
