Very happy customer We went in to look at the various models to compare to other vehicles from other dealerships. Rob Crocket took the time to show us several vehicles e We went in to look at the various models to compare to other vehicles from other dealerships. Rob Crocket took the time to show us several vehicles even though he knew we would not be buying a car for awhile. We ended choosing the 2017 Santa Fe because we felt it gave us everything we wanted along with a very good price. When it was time to buy we made sure we contacted Rob again to finalize the deal. We wanted to make sure he got the commission because he was extremely helpful in our initial search for a new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and definitely would work with the whole team again to purchase a new vehicle from Wilson Hyundai. More

Exceptional customer experience!! My wife and I were so very impressed with every aspect of Wilson County Hyundai we purchased two vehicles two weeks ago. Rob Crockett was my Sales As My wife and I were so very impressed with every aspect of Wilson County Hyundai we purchased two vehicles two weeks ago. Rob Crockett was my Sales Associate and I was very appreciative and impressed with his knowledge of the Genesis I purchased. At no time did I every feel Rob or others at the dealership were trying to push me thru the sales process. This was so very unique I wrote Mr. Bone expressing to him my complete satisfaction with every aspect of his dealership. I live much closer to a second Hyundai dealership but hands down Mr. Bone's dealership has no competition. More

Above and beyond My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade her 2013 Elantra to a 2017... We had gone to the Hyundai dealer in cools springs first because that's where the My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade her 2013 Elantra to a 2017... We had gone to the Hyundai dealer in cools springs first because that's where they had the car she wanted. They were horrible to us plain rude. We had just come off of work so we weren't dressed great and we are young so they figured it was a waste of time because they wouldn't make any money.. Long story short they ended up giving us the run around and just let us leave with nothing after hours spent waiting in their shop. The next day my girlfriends sister recommended us to wilson county Hyundai I was very skeptical because I didn't want to go through the same expierence again but Rob Crockett was an angel!! He was with us every step of the way, kept us in know and even helped us out with my super active nephew!! He was a very patient man and got us into the car I wanted!!! Had actually took time to have a discussion with me and got to know me as a person instead of talking about the car the whole time I was there, It made me feel welcomed and that I wasn't being pushed. Absolutely recommend Rob on his salesmanship and professionalism but also a very good guy to just talk to. More
