My mother thought he was fantastic to work with and very personable, so much so, that when I wanted to trade in my civic, I contacted Rob to set up a time to come in and see him. He was again fantastic to work with and I'd definitely recommend him. Throughout the whole process, Rob was courteous, helpful and a straight shooter. I've now bought 6 cars from Lia Honda since 2010, and Rob was by far the best Sales Associate I've ever worked with. More
