My name is Rob Donkelaar, new car sales manager at Roush Honda. I have spent the past 18 years in the automotive industry. 12 of those years have been here at Roush where I started in the service department detailing cars, changing oil and helping customers in the service lane. After working nearly 8 years in service, I decided to make the jump to sales. I currently live in the Sunbury/Big Walnut area with my beautiful wife and 2 children. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, hunting, fishing, playing golf and watching football. My goal here is to meet and help people who will become friends and customers for life. Best Car Buying Experience I've had! As a single woman purchasing a car on my own, I was pretty apprehensive coming into the dealership alone, especially since I had just come from anothe As a single woman purchasing a car on my own, I was pretty apprehensive coming into the dealership alone, especially since I had just come from another Honda dealership in Columbus and had a terrible experience. I was thrilled that my experience at Roush and with Rob D. turned out to be wonderful! Rob has a lot of patience and knowledge and treated me with the utmost respect, even when it took me a few days of coming back in with questions until I could make up my mind. He never tried to up-sell me or sway my decision, he just gave me all the facts and helped me sort it out as far as what I wanted in the car and what I wanted to pay, and I got a great deal on my CR-V. I will recommend Roush Honda and Rob D. to everyone I know from now on! More

Stellar sales rep that is courteous and professional I was in the market to help my Mom purchase an Accord after she totaled her CR-V in an accident. I worked with four Honda dealerships (all electro I was in the market to help my Mom purchase an Accord after she totaled her CR-V in an accident. I worked with four Honda dealerships (all electronically) to work through pricing prior to hitting the dealership. Rob was by far the most responsive and willing to work with us. My time is limited, so it was important to me to iron out everything outside the dealership. We had a budget we needed to stay within while still trying to get the best car for my Moms needs. It came down to Roush and another dealer and we ultimately choose Rob. The process was easy and wasn’t “pushy”. I felt the price and overall financing package was a win-win for both sides. I would highly recommend Rob if you are in the market for a car. He was a great change of pace from the normal used car salesperson. More
