Aweful. I went in with no Hope's of purchasing a car as I had a car almost paid for ..... after speaking with the sales person and finance manager and drove t I went in with no Hope's of purchasing a car as I had a car almost paid for ..... after speaking with the sales person and finance manager and drove the 2014 mini cooper I was very excited to purchase the car we did all the paper work 2x somehow the first time wasent good enough I'm not sure but after all that I was told by both sales person and finance manager I was good to go and I purchased my car got my payments and everything 388 a month and so on so I sold my car.... 3 week later ( now ) after selling the vehicle I currently almost had paid for they call and tell me I have to return the mini because financing fell thru and I paid them a 500 down payment 3 almost 4 weeks prior to this for the finance company .... I have yet to get a single sorry from these people all the finance manager had to say when i expaliend to him I will not have a car because I already sold mine his reply was ( well thats unfortunate) no one has tried to make anything else work or help me in any way all they have done is blew my phone up about when I have to bring the car back or they will send a tow truck to pick it up.... they refunded my down payment and what I paid for insurance but now I'm without a vehicle because of the empty promises from your staff... thank you or guaranteed me that I had a vehicle and I actually did not and in the end the only thing you try to do to fix it was refund me my $500 deposit and the $250 I spend on insurance but none of you guys are without a vehicle thank you so much... More

Rob Dunn went above and beyond to help us purchase the vehicle that we wanted at a price that fit our budget. He made sure we walked away happy and graciously made sure to meet all of our requests. As a customer, I cannot express enough how stressful it is to make such a large purchase but they made it easy and stress-free. My husband and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and see these two fantastic individuals. You will not be disappointed. More

Very accommodating! We worked with Julie to get the 2011 Honda Pilot we wanted! She and her manager worked well with us to keep us within our budget. They stayed to work with us even though we arrived 15minutes before closing bc of my husband's work schedule. It's barely been a week and Julie has called several times to check in and ask how we like the pilot (WE LOVE IT!) Don explained our financing options, gap and warranty (in lengthy detail bc I ask a lot of questions). We will do business there again in the future! More

Best Car Buying Experience Yet I contacted Danet at Landers McClarty DCJ without a great deal of hope as I had been to 2 other dealerships recently and they had tried to sell me wha I contacted Danet at Landers McClarty DCJ without a great deal of hope as I had been to 2 other dealerships recently and they had tried to sell me what they wanted and did not really listen to or consider what I was saying to them about my wants and needs. I had spoken with Danet previously after I worked with one of their sales reps who left the company. I went through the motions, providing all my information, consenting to a credit check etc... I was expecting to be disappointed again, I had sent Danet a screenshot of the car I had my eye on thinking that surely I won't get this but why not try, we communicated via text and email and I was asked to come in. I walked into that office and a paper was put down in front of me with some terms on it, I was like "wait what car is this for" and lo and behold it was the one I wanted!!!! I was in shock and could not fathom that someone had actually listened to me and was offering me EXACTLY what I wanted payment terms and all! Rob and Danet did all they could to make sure I was well taken care of and I cannot say enough great things about them, I even got the car for LESS than I intended to pay! I could not be happier or more pleased with these two and they have a customer for life!!!!! To add to Danet and Rob the finance agent Don that handled my paperwork had me out of there in no time, when I expected to wait forever like you anticipate when buying a car! Thank you all again for an amazing experience!!!!!!! More
