I got the vehicle I thought I wanted on terms that suited me. Forty-four months later the experience was different. Eight months after my warranty expired I found corrosion developing. I contacted the sales agent that sold me the vehicle and he tried to be helpful in directing me to others within the dealership. The condition was examined and referred to the general manager. He decided Ben Davis could offer no help remedying the problem and assigned a youngster to deliver the news. Apparently I simply gambled on a new Chevrolet from Ben Davis, lost the bet, and that was that as far as the dealership was concerned. More
