Great experience at Lia Nissan I visited Lia Nissan on President's Day to inquire about my expiring lease and the possibility of leasing a new Rogue, David Seacord the sales person I visited Lia Nissan on President's Day to inquire about my expiring lease and the possibility of leasing a new Rogue, David Seacord the sales person i dealt with was kind, courteous, and knew exactly what i was looking for. After test driving the Rogue, Dave explained the multiple safety features of the vehicle along with the other new features. Soon after the test drive we reached an agreement and i was able to pick up my new vehicle a few days later. My wife absolutely loves hew new SUV. This week my sister was out looking for a new vehicle and I told her to stop by Lia Nisaan and asked for Dave and Rob Gage. She texted me while she was there to say her salesperson and Rob had provided her and her husband with the same gratifying experience. No Pressure, Just Service My wife and I went to Lia Nissan of Colonie to look into the possibility of leasing a Murano while turning in our leased 2015 Rogue two months ea My wife and I went to Lia Nissan of Colonie to look into the possibility of leasing a Murano while turning in our leased 2015 Rogue two months early. We were not sure if we wanted to lease a new vehicle, or purchase a used one, but we knew we wanted a Murano. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman seated at a desk inside the front entrance. He took some preliminary information from us and put us in contact with Cody Anna, our salesperson. Cody was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about the product line. He seemed more interested in what we wanted than what he wanted to sell. That is not always the case in the car game. He worked hard to learn our preferences and involved Rob Gaige in the process. Together, they were able to create a deal that we were both extremely pleased with. We had certain requirements which could have been deal breakers if not met. Rob spent the next couple of days trying to locate the exact ride we were looking for, and did so, in Pennsylvania! Four days after we initially sat down with Cody, we picked up our new Murano, and couldn't be happier. This has been one of the best car purchasing experiences, and we attribute that to the professionalism and courtesy of the individuals we dealt with. More
