We have been customers of Jaffarian's for years and have always appreciated the great service from Gavin, the Sales team, and the Service Department. I had a sticker-tire rotation-front end alinement. On my way home the lights went off in my car and I had to call and bring the car back. This is not up Jaffarian’s standards. The manager did a great job talking care of this issue but even he said that should never have happened. He made the appropriate apology which showed class but your standards were compromised. More
