He made sure from start to finish that everything we wanted in a vehicle is what we got. He made the entire experience stress free. He is the type of salesman that is going to find you the vehicle you WANT and find a way to make the deal happen. He is all about making his customers happy and that is why we will make it a point to return to his desk when searching for a new vehicle in the future. Bonus-- our final payment ended up being $20 less than originally quoted, doesn't sound like much but over the course of 36 months, it adds up to Mike saving us over $700!!!!!
