He took the time to show me the different options and pricing between the models I was looking at. Once I settled on my new CRV, he went over all the new features and upgrades Honda has made to that vehicle since I purchased my last one (2005 CRV). He even helped pair my phone to the car for me. I would definitely recommend Jay Honda and Rob Logan to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

Have you ever really wanted to deal with any type of sales person more than once? If you can answer that with a no, then you haven't met Rob Logan. He's sincere, doesn't pressure you to make decisions that you may regret, he knows his business, and if he can't help you for whatever reason, he can direct you to his partner who can. The ever so cool Tony Spitalieri. Tony is just as kind, funny, doesn't pile on the typical sales bs, and is just an all around good guy. At the end of my experience I drove off in the car I wanted and a smile from the good time I had at the dealership. Excellence in Sales Personnel Just a month ago, both my wife and I leased a Honda Odyssey from Tony and Rob. Both Tony and Rob were excellent in their courtesy, professionalism and their knowledge of the Honda makes and models. They were very informative and answered all of our questions in regards to leasing a vehicle which I had never done before. By the overall experience we had with leasing the Honda Odyssey I just recently returned to them and purchased a Honda Civic. Tony went out of the way in an attempt to get the price I suggested to buy the car and Rob was awesome in explaining the specifics in ALL the options that came with it. By all means, car buying is not a hassle when dealing with these two gentlemen. After going to a half dozen other dealerships and speaking with their sales personnel, I would recommend very highly these two salesmen and the Jay Honda dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. More

Experience at Jay Honda On Thursday June 5, 2014 I saw a commercial for Jay Honda. Since I was considering leasing a new car I contacted Jay Honda and was connected with Rob On Thursday June 5, 2014 I saw a commercial for Jay Honda. Since I was considering leasing a new car I contacted Jay Honda and was connected with Rob Logan. Even though it was late Thursday evening Rob took the time to explain the lease process to me and answered all of the questions I had, which were many. During the conversation it was discovered that Rob new a few of my relatives and grew up in my community. An appointment was set up for that Saturday. I was very nervous, however Rob's friendliness, knowledge and experience were very assuring. He took his time explaining everything during the purchase process. I never felt rushed. After a test drive I finally decided on a 2014 Accord lease. Rob took the time to go over the car and all of the features explaining everything. The other staff members that were also involved in this process were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I would recommend Jay Honda and Rob Logan to any friends and relatives looking to purchase/lease a Honda. More
