If I could give a 0, I would. Bill delivered a vehicle with damage to 3 rims and a seat which was not present on any of the photos he sent me. He then assured me he would take care of the problem on more than 10 occasions but has yet to address the issues after 5 months. I even arranged to drive the vehicle to Oakville and then to Vaughan only for him to first assure me the issues would be addressed and the come up with an excuse for why things couldn't be addressed...Excuses have ranged from "my regular guy was sick" to pretending he got the wrong date to telling me he was "arranging it" and then not replying. Omvic complain is my next step. He is a scammer who cannot be trusted. Go elsewhere. More
