Service department did unauthorized work, and tried to stick me for $485. I refused to pay to repair a loos bolt. What a xx job. Then my electric charging didn't work, twice! What a hassle. Richard Bilinski, is very kind to me when I arrive in a paniced state because cars baffle me. The Service Department was very busy but he managed to get me in and found the problem that was causing me ap paniced state because cars baffle me. I bought the car used and purchased an extended warranty. The check engine light came on and I took it to Woodstock Chevy to have it serviced. I was informed that they were waiting on the insurance to get th The check engine light came on and I took it to Woodstock Chevy to have it serviced. I was informed that they were waiting on the insurance to get the go ahead for the repair. I said I didn’t need the car immediately. I was called the next morning to let me know that the car was repaired at zero cost to me. Thanks Woodstock Chevy. More
