I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry from this dealership in December 2018. Three days after I left the dealership with all of my paperwork in hand, a second contract was made on this vehicle changing the amoun December 2018. Three days after I left the dealership with all of my paperwork in hand, a second contract was made on this vehicle changing the amount of the vehicle service warranty the gap insurance as well as the sale price And sales tax. A fraud unit forged contract that they created three days after I purchased my vehicle that I had no knowledge of is the contract that they sent to Toyota financial services. I did not become aware of the situation until making 58 payments on this loan as they doctored it to where my payment amount was only $.51 off from the original contract. I’ve reached out to the dealership, gave them the serial numbers for both contracts to discuss the matter and they won’t speak about it. I’ve had the receptionist tell me they’re not going to talk to me unless it’s an attorney contacting them the fact that they are a business and that someone in their office has done something like this, and they are unwilling to address it Shows that they do not have high standards, and he definitely will not own up to their obligations of resolving issues, especially of fraudregarding salesman and a former general manager, who is now the finance manager. Please be aware when buying any vehicle from this dealership and make sure it in a month or two you contact your financing company and get a copy of the contract that we sent to them by the dealership and compare it and make sure it is in fact, the one that you signed and not a forged one this has been a horrible situation for me to deal with not only if I paid a $35,000 on a car that the finance company has now repossessed because I refuse to make any more payments until we investigated the fraud and now I have to take time out of my busy life to see people in court because they’re moral character is lacking. Consumers beware of this dealership.. More

The sales manager didn’t even introduce himself, I had to make a point to introduce myself. The team squeezed the pocketbook of our household budget(as if there was more flexibility in our budget then the multimillion annual operating budget they have, not to mention the tax incentives and shields), more concerned about making the sale to whomever was in the seat and inflating extra little cost here and there, rather than partnering with me ensuring I got the vehicle and services I was looking for at a price point that was fair to all. That will be remembered for our future business, as I noted we were shopping for more than a vehicle, but a relationship as our family owns more than 1 Toyota and our previous dealer was caught lying to us. Had I not become sickened with the shopping experience in general, I would have left without purchasing. We will see where things lead from here. More
