We honestly had no intention of buying from this dealership. Just went to check out some of the models to upgrade our old jeep grand Cherokee. We were on the fence due to wanting a RV compatible veh dealership. Just went to check out some of the models to upgrade our old jeep grand Cherokee. We were on the fence due to wanting a RV compatible vehicle. We looked at the newer Grand Cherokee models, while nice they are larger than our old model and we wanted to keep using a smaller suv. Saleman Mike M. and the new GM were very courteous and wanted to get us the vehicle we wanted even if it wasn't on their lot. After going home to mull about it and taking the RV out of the picture, Mike was able to negotiate a deal with another dealership to get me the exact model of Cherokee with all the features I wanted. A week later I was picking up my upgraded Jeep. Mike was very helpful as he frequently leases Jeeps and knew about the newer features on my new vehicle. Financing was smooth and no pressure to add on any additional items I did not want. Overall it was a great experience and I am happy with my purchase. More
