The car I got was good, and the salesman who helped us was friendly and professional. However, the overall experience felt scuzzy and dishonest. After I had agreed to buy, the salesman quoted a "final amo was friendly and professional. However, the overall experience felt scuzzy and dishonest. After I had agreed to buy, the salesman quoted a "final amount" that we all agreed on, that supposedly included everything, and then he watched as I called my bank to get authorization for that exact amount. Then, after we were led to believe that everything was done, we were sent to a different room with a different guy who blind-sided us with an additional warranty that cost almost half as much as the car! Had they been up-front about this, it wouldn't have bothered me, but to keep quiet about it until the very end, after reassuring us that the entire cost had already been worked out, felt very dishonest. Also, I traded in two used vehicles that were in good condition, and got almost nothing for them. More

I like the Sportsge. Sales process started welll but soured when I got inaccurate time line and thus missed commitments on getting my trade-in check.
