The car I got was good, and the salesman who helped us was friendly and professional. However, the overall experience felt scuzzy and dishonest. Then, after we were led to believe that everything was done, we were sent to a different room with a different guy who blind-sided us with an additional warranty that cost almost half as much as the car! Had they been up-front about this, it wouldn't have bothered me, but to keep quiet about it until the very end, after reassuring us that the entire cost had already been worked out, felt very dishonest.
