Fortunately we came across Rob Tinkham at Herb Chambers and have been with him for over 15 years. After two Maybachs and numerous s550s we still love Rob and the Mercedes brand. When I walk in the door its like visiting old friends, from Rob to Umer to Jeff Davis the GM, its an enjoyable experience. The whole process is executed expeditiously, we literally drove a Maybach off the showroom floor the same day.
