Rob had all the patience, kindness and professionalism in the world. He walked me through the entire series of transactions. He explained my options--and gave me plenty of options. He took time, answered many, many questions, was available by phone, and found me a beautiful car in the color I mentioned I liked. He was genuinely concerned that I ended up with the right car for me and that the car purchase (the first I had ever undertaken without my husband) was a clear and easy process and that I felt informed at every turn. Just bought a new GLA250 and love it Driving this car has been loads of fun. We came to the dealership with a GLK350 and decided we wanted something smaller, but not a sedan. The new GLA2 Driving this car has been loads of fun. We came to the dealership with a GLK350 and decided we wanted something smaller, but not a sedan. The new GLA250 is exactly what we were looking for. A bit higher off the road than a sedan, but not as high as the GLK. We get to flex our "sports car" muscles when out on the open highway, and then come back to mature adults for city driving. Rob T. is the best salesperson we've ever dealt with: knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, attentive and accommodating. More
